1. Introduction
Welcome to Arctic Casino. We want you to enjoy and feel safe when using our services. As the website offers online gaming and gambling, the business is subject to laws and regulations. These general terms and conditions (the “Rules”) explain in a clear and coherent way what applies.
Thank you for taking the time to read the Rules. Here we describe what is and is not allowed at Arctic Casino, how we handle your personal data and how we administer the Website. We have tried to keep legalese to a minimum without compromising clarity.
2. Basic conditions
The Rules constitute a binding agreement between you and us. By indicating your acceptance of the Rules in connection with creating an account and/or using the Website and/or accepting a Bonus or winning, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the Rules including any future changes. If you do not accept the Rules, you should neither register nor continue to use the Website.
We may update the Rules at any time. In the event of material changes, we will inform you in advance and provide the new version.
3. Definitions
The following terms are used throughout these Rules:
“Bonus” refers to all promotions that provide a tangible reward, such as welcome offers, reload bonuses, deposit bonuses and free/bonus spins.
“Games” means Casino, Live Casino, scratch cards and other games on the Website (including mobile or other platforms). “Games” in the singular can refer to any of these. We may add or remove Games at any time.
“Rules” means these terms and conditions that you agree to when using the Website.
“Website” refers to www.ArcticCasino.com, including any mobile versions, mobile applications and subdomains belonging to arcticcasino.com.
“We”, “us”, “our” means Claymore Malta Limited, a Maltese company (registration number C90401) with registered office at Level 3 (Suite No.3333), Tower Business Centre, Triq It-Torri, Swatar, Birkirkara BKR 4013, Malta.
“You” refers to the person using the Website. “Your” is construed accordingly.
“Your Account” means your personal gaming account on the Website.
4. Licenses
We are licensed and regulated in Malta by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) under license number MGA/B2C/748/2019.
5. Who gets to play?
To play on the Website you must:
• be at least 18 years of age or have reached the legal gambling age in the country where you are playing;
• be a natural person (not a company or other legal entity);
• play for your own account and for non-professional purposes (not for anyone else);
• have the legal right to play under applicable law;
• be at least 18 years of age for Casino, Live Casino, Poker and jackpot games and otherwise have the legal right to participate according to the laws of your home country, where gambling for money is permitted.

Due to the above, we are not permitted to allow individuals in certain territories to open accounts (nor may accounts be accessed or used from such territories). 6. How to play
6.1. Register
6.1.1. Click on “Create Account”.
6.1.2. Fill in the registration form correctly with: full name, address, valid email ‑address, current country of residence, mobile number, date of birth, gender, password and desired currency.
6.1.3. Click on “Create Account” to confirm that the information is correct and that you agree to the Rules.
6.1.4. Verify your mobile number via the code sent via SMS.
6.1.5. Log in with your registered details.
6.2. When you want to play you need to deposit money into your account:
- Click on “Deposit”
- Choose any bonus
- Choose payment method
- Fill in the required information.
- Confirm by clicking on “Deposit”.
6.3. Age verification
6.3.1. We reserve the right to request proof of age and carry out checks to verify the information provided. If you are under 18 years of age, your access will be blocked and any deposits will be refunded; winnings/bonuses may be voided.
6.4 Other verification
As a gaming operator, we must ensure your identity and that the funds you play with are yours and of legal origin. We may therefore conduct third-party checks, compare data against databases and request information and documents to validate your account and your funds. Failure to provide requested information (or providing incorrect information) may result in account restriction or closure and reporting to the relevant authorities.

6.6. Cancellation
6.6.1. We do not normally accept cancellations of games or bets, other than in exceptional circumstances and at our absolute discretion.
6.6.2. Refunds are only made in exceptional circumstances and at our discretion.
7. General rules for you as a player
7.1. You must register and play on your own behalf only.
7.2. Keep your login details secret. You are responsible for any misuse resulting from the sharing or failure to protect your details. If you suspect that your details have been compromised, please contact us immediately for a new password. Unless caused by our negligence, any unauthorized use is your responsibility.
7.3. Keep your registration and account information up to date. Inform us immediately if anything is incorrect.
7.4. It is your responsibility to know whether your use of the Website is legal where you are located.
7.5. You may only have one account. If you have more than one, you must notify us. Only one account per household is allowed.
7.6. You can play if you have sufficient balance.
7.7. You may not transfer funds between accounts or buy/sell accounts.
7.8. You agree that we will verify your identity and payment details and to provide requested documents (e.g. passport copy, proof of address, bank statement, source of funds).
7.9. You may not exploit technical errors or vulnerabilities. Winnings obtained in such a manner may be voided and reclaimed.
7.10.You may not engage in fraudulent, collusive, manipulative or illegal conduct or use software/equipment that provides an unfair advantage.
7.11. You agree that we share information in accordance with our Privacy Policy to deliver the Services.
7.12. All deposits/withdrawals must be made to/from payment accounts that belong to you and are in your name, and must not originate from illegal or unauthorized activities.
8. What we are allowed to do
8.1. We may refuse to open an account without giving any reason.
8.2. We may close or block an account in the event of (suspected) breach of contract. Any available balance will be paid out within a reasonable time, but no later than 5 working days, unless there are reasons for withholding.
8.3. Incorrect information during registration may lead to closure and withholding of applicable funds. Failed identity verification will result in closure and withholding of winnings.
8.4. Attempts to open additional accounts may result in blocking – we may also charge an administrative fee of 10% (minimum 30 EUR or equivalent) per additional account.
8.5. Multiple accounts in the same household may be blocked/closed.
8.6. We may share personal and payment information with third parties for verification purposes in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
8.7. We do not provide credit (other than permitted bonuses). Balances are interest-free, and we are not a financial institution. Winnings from “no wagering” bonuses may be limited to twenty (20) times the amount credited – any excess winnings will be forfeited.
8.8. Use of the Website contrary to its intended, recreational purpose may result in balance adjustment and permanent closure.
8.9. We may refuse, terminate or limit any bet in accordance with internal policies and regulations.
8.10. We may void bets (in whole/in part) and/or close accounts if, for example:
- You or a close relative influenced the outcome
- Possessed inside information
- Dedicated to arbitrage/matched betting
- Violating the Rules
- Criminal activity affected the outcome
- Significant odds changes have occurred
- Technical error/mistake caused bets to be accepted that otherwise would not have been accepted.
8.11. We may close an account, cancel/refund winnings in the “Available to Bet” balance (after any withdrawal fees), withhold winnings and/or charge compensation for damages in accordance with regulations. Agreements in force at the time of closure will be honored.
8.12. Suspicion of illegal/fraudulent activities, debt situations or other harmful behavior may lead to account freezing/closure and/or cancellation of bets.
8.13. Progressive jackpots are offered openly and transparently. Abuse of the “spirit” of the promotion (e.g. software-assisted mass ‑play, systematic “cherrypicking” of jackpot values) may result in immediate suspension and confiscation of winnings and balance.
8.14. All transactions are monitored/reviewed in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.
9. Payment rules
9.1. Deposits
Information about payment methods can be found under “My Account” and “Deposit”. Available methods, processing times and fees are subject to change and may vary between countries.
By choosing a method, you accept its terms and any fees and certify that the account/card belongs to you.
It is illegal to deposit funds that come from criminal activity.
We accept EUR and other currencies as listed in the drop-down menu. You select an account currency based on your country. Deposits in other currencies are converted to the account currency at our rate; any exchange rate charges are paid by you.
When paying by card, we may request a certified copy of the card (front/back) with hidden numbers according to instructions and without visible CVV/CVV2. The card must be in your name.
Cash is not accepted, either directly or via a payment provider.
Identity verification is triggered at the latest when your deposits amount to EUR 2,000 within a rolling 180- ‑day period (one or more transactions). We can also verify for lower amounts or upon withdrawals.
9.2. Payment of winnings
Once the outcome has been determined, any winnings will be credited to your account. Any winnings incorrectly credited will be withdrawn. If you have already withdrawn them, you must repay them; otherwise, legal action may be taken.
9.3. Withdrawal
You may request withdrawals up to your “Available to Bet” balance via the Website, subject to daily, weekly and monthly limits as set out below. Open bets must be cancelled in order to withdraw the full balance.
Funds in the account must be used for gaming. If you request a withdrawal without having wagered at least the amount deposited, an administration fee of 10% (minimum EUR 5) may be charged. We may refuse withdrawals if we suspect fraud/money laundering.
Before making a withdrawal, we may request a valid ID ‑document (certified copy of passport/ID), phone/face verification or other verification. Refusal or delay may result in the withdrawal being canceled. In the case of card withdrawals, a certified copy of the card may be required; the card must be in your name.
Maximum withdrawals: €10,000 per day, €25,000 per week and €100,000 per month (or equivalent), unless otherwise stated in specific promotion.
Withdrawals are made via the same method(s) used for deposit, unless we decide otherwise. If multiple methods are used, we may split the withdrawal in accordance with AML ‑regulations.
We may ask you to re-direct a withdrawal or cancel it to comply with AML ‑requirements. Cancellation does not entitle you to compensation if you choose to continue playing before the withdrawal is completed.
More than two withdrawals in a rolling 24-hour period may be subject to an administrative fee of 3% (max. EUR 20) per additional withdrawal.

9.4. Card complaints (chargebacks)
In the event of a chargeback, we may: block the account; take legal action; send a chargeback ‑message to your registered details; use the same payment method as when depositing to carry out the chargeback.
If we are unable to confirm your identity and payment method, we will send up to two reminders via email ‑, each with an administrative fee of EUR 50 charged from unrelated account funds. The balance may become negative.
10. Close your account
10.1. You can close your account at any time by contacting support at [email protected].
10.2. When you close your account:
- First, cancel all open bets.
- Then explicitly request closure.
- Any funds will be paid out (less applicable withdrawal fees) to a payment instrument in your name, in accordance with applicable law.
10.3. To recover funds from closed/blocked/excluded accounts, please contact support.

11. Inactive accounts
11.1. An account is inactive if there has been no access for 12 consecutive months.
11.2. When an account is inactive, an administrative fee of EUR 5 per month will be charged until the balance is zero, if you do not log in or withdraw funds. We will ‑notify you by email 30 days before the account becomes inactive.
11.3. Upon login, the fee will cease, and fees already charged may be refunded upon request. We may close inactive accounts with zero balances.
12. Bonuses
12.1. Bonuses are limited to one per person, family, household, address, email ‑, card number, bank account, telephone, device and/or IP address.
12.2. Welcome bonuses only apply to new customers who have never had an account or received a welcome offer with us and who are explicitly offered this upon registration.
12.3. Some bonuses must be activated manually after login and deposit. Bonuses can only be activated when real money is in the account. Lost deposited funds before activation cannot be used to activate the bonus.
12.4. Bonus funds are placed in a separate bonus balance. Your real money, the bonus and winnings from it remain bonus funds and are locked until the wagering requirements are met. Only then is the amount moved to the cash balance and can be withdrawn. Read our bonus rules.
12.5. All bonuses have wagering requirements within a certain period of time. The requirements are stated in the respective bonus-specific terms and conditions and are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount or bonus + deposit. System bets do not count. Only bets placed and settled during the promotional period count. Attempting to withdraw funds before the requirements have been met may result in the bonus and winnings being forfeited.
12.6. Betting patterns without the risk of circumventing requirements (e.g. simultaneous red/black in roulette or player/banker in baccarat) are not permitted. Collusion may result in game cancellation, account closure and forfeiture of deposits.
12.7. If a bonus (e.g. via enhanced odds) provides a guaranteed win or a significantly increased chance of winning and we suspect that you have placed one or more bets (alone or in a group) to take advantage of this, we may withdraw the bonus and winnings, close your account and withhold funds.
12.8. If you cancel a bonus, you will lose both the bonus and any winnings generated from it.
12.9. We may refuse or change bonuses (including cancel) if we suspect abuse, technical failure or if the promotion cannot be carried out as planned.
12.10. Bonuses are offered in good faith for recreational purposes. Abuse (e.g. software, multiple accounts) may result in closure and forfeiture of winnings and balance.

• Multiple accounts; • zero/low margin bets; • bets above the maximum limit when a bonus is active (€5 per game round or €0.50 per line, or equivalent); • wagering on excluded games; • collusion; • software manipulation, exploiting bugs; • IP/VPN masking.
12.11. Bonuses are for recreational players; we may restrict eligibility. Maximum withdrawal from winnings generated from bonus or free spins before a deposit has been made is €100.
12.12. Unless otherwise stated, the maximum bet is €6 per game round or €0.50 per line (or equivalent). Currency conversion: EUR €1; NOK 10 kr; GBP £1; USD $1.
12.13. Irregular play
We may review your gaming history and bonus usage. If we suspect irregular gaming (e.g. low margin ‑/even money strategies, “DoubleUp” feature, drastic bet changes to complete wagering requirements, games that do not contribute to turnover, “building value” with bonuses and then withdrawing after a secondary deposit) we may disqualify you from promotions, withhold deposits/winnings and/or close your account.
13. Responsible gambling
13.1. Gambling can be addictive. On our Responsible Gambling page you will find tools such as bet limits, game timeouts and self-exclusion.
13.2. Limits
13.2.1. Deposit limit
You can set a limit for maximum deposits during the selected period. When the limit is reached, further deposits are blocked. Increases/withdrawals take effect after 24 hours; decreases are effective immediately.
13.2.2. Session limit (timeout)
You can limit the playing time. A reminder will appear at the limit and you can log out or continue. Contact support to set the limit. Increase/revoke takes effect after 7 days; decrease immediately.
13.3. Activity control
We show summaries of your activity and ask if you want to continue playing.
13.4. Self-shutdown and “cool off”
13.4.1. You can self-exclude yourself via the Self-Exclusion page or through support. For residents outside the UK/Northern Ireland, you specify a period and the account will automatically be reactivated after that. Self-exclusion applies per brand. If you want it to apply to all brands under our license, you must explicitly ask support for this.
13.4.2. During self-exclusion, you cannot open an account, participate in promotions or take advantage of offers that occur during the period. We will also stop marketing during the suspension.
13.5. Self-test

14. Technical interruptions and void games
We strive for operational reliability but cannot completely rule out disruptions.
14.1. Neither we, suppliers nor licensors are responsible for downtime, server disruptions, lag or the like. Refunds may be given at the discretion of management.
14.2. We are not liable for any damages/losses connected with the Website or its content, including delays, interruptions, data loss, communication errors, incorrect use or factual errors in content. In the event of system failure, all bets are void.
14.3. If a game is cancelled due to a system error, we will refund the stake to your account (or directly if the account is closed). If you have accumulated credit, its value will be paid out.
14.4. If you have placed a bet and the game is interrupted due to telecommunications or computer failure, the game will resume from the exact time before the interruption, if possible. If not, the game will be terminated and the stake will be refunded.
15. Complaints and disputes
15.1. We strive to provide the best customer experience in the industry. If you have a complaint, please first contact customer service via [email protected]. We aim for a final response within 10 days; if more time is needed, we will inform you within the first 10 days and may extend for an additional 10 days.
15.2. For quick processing: provide clear identity and relevant details.
15.3. Claims regarding transactions must be submitted within six months of the transaction/payment being made or should have been made. We will review and notify you of the outcome – our decision is final.
15.4. We have appointed eCOGRA as our Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. If you are not satisfied following our process, you may refer the matter to eCOGRA following our final decision. 16. Communication with us
16.1. When contacting us, you may not make any statements that are sexually explicit, grossly offensive, derogatory, hateful, harassing, threatening or cause distress/nuisance.
16.2. We record/save all communication with support.
17. Communication between players (chat)
17.1. Chat may not be used for:
- sexually explicit/grossly offensive expressions
- hatred, encouragement of antisocial or illegal behavior
- harassment, threats, influence through coercion/violations
- interruption in the normal flow of dialogue
- advertising for other sites
- untrue/harmful claims about the Website.
17.2. Collusion via chat is prohibited.
17.3. Suspicious chats are reported to MGA.
17.4. We log and review all chat; the feature is intended for social interaction.
17.5. Violation of the rules may result in the chat being removed or your account being closed.
17.6. You will indemnify us for any damages arising from illegal/improper chat behavior.
18. Privacy Policy
18.1. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. By accepting the Rules, you also accept the Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully.
19. Limitation of liability and indemnity
19.1. You visit the Website and participate in the Games at your own risk. The Website and the Games are provided on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties as to their suitability, error-freeness or uninterrupted access.
19.2. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages/losses related to your use of the Website or the Games.
19.3. You agree to indemnify us, our directors, employees, partners and suppliers from and against any claims, costs, losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or the Games.
20. Violation, sanctions and termination
20.1. If we suspect a violation of the Rules, we may refuse to open an account, block or close an account, withhold funds and set off the claim against your balance.
20.2. We may freeze/terminate accounts or cancel bets if we suspect:
- illegal/fraudulent activity
- in case of suspicion of credit difficulties.
20.3. Our decision is final.
21. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Measures
21.1. We comply with Maltese legislation (Prevention of Money Laundering Act etc.). Transactions are monitored and suspicious activities are reported to the competent authorities.
21.2. If you suspect any irregularities, you must immediately inform us via [email protected].
21.3. We may block/close accounts and withhold funds in accordance with AML ‑regulations.
22. Intellectual property rights
22.1. “Arctic Casino” and the logo are our trademarks. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
22.2. www.ArcticCasino.com and its subdomains are our URLs and may not be used without written permission. Links to the Site require our prior approval.
22.3. Technology, software and business systems belong to us or are properly licensed.
22.4. Unauthorized monitoring/copying of our websites or content is prohibited and may result in legal action.
23. Invalidity of individual provisions
If a provision is deemed illegal or unenforceable, it shall be severed from the Rules without affecting the remaining provisions.
24. Complete Agreement and Evidence
24.1. The Rules constitute the entire agreement between the parties relating to the Website and supersede any prior communications and proposals (except in the case of fraud).
24.2. Printouts of the Rules and electronic messages are admissible as evidence in legal/administrative proceedings.
25. Transfer
We may assign or transfer the Agreement. You may not assign or transfer it.
26. Insolvency
Customer funds are held in a separate bank account but are not protected in the event of insolvency. Therefore, in the event of bankruptcy, the funds cannot be refunded.
27. Applicable law, court and language
27.1. The Rules are governed by Maltese law and disputes will be heard by the courts of Malta.
27.2. The rules are published in several languages; only the English version is legally binding. In case of discrepancy, the English text shall prevail.
